The fit was perfect, a bit pricey but had seen more expensive somewhere else. It did look a bit dirty since it does not come wrapped in bubble wrap or plastic wrap. Also seems very good quality.

Expensive but perfect fit for Whirlpool fridge model ED5FHGXKQ04, serial SP3746565. I used another website to find the part number for these shelves and crossed my fingers these were the right ones.

I received a dirty used part that had scuffs and marks that could not be removed. I wiped out the inside of the bin and you can see black residue on the wipe I used in the photo. There was newspaper inside the box for padding, definitely not what you would expect to come from a Whirlpool store. I didn't open the box until the day I needed to install it in a rental property because I didn't expect it to be in this condition. I cleaned the black residue off it, but the scuff marks from use would not come off. I will not be purchasing from this company again, because someone knowingly put this in the box and mailed it out for the price of a new part.
