I ordered these shoes for my husband, as he has wide feed and bunions.First of all, I should note that, if you do not actually have wide feet, I would not try these shoes, as they will look somewhat large on your feet, and will also feel very sloppy, since your feet will not fill them out. That being said, these shoes will form to different widths of wide feet, given the type of material they're made of.The shoes look nice, and appear to be well-made. They are made of a soft, elastic cloth material for the upper, and a very light-weight synthetic rubber sole, making these shoes extremely light on the feet. They have cork insoles, but they also include some additional inserts that you can place under the cork insoles for extra support. My husband says these feel very nice on his feet, and do not pinch or squeeze when walking or standing, and are comfortable to stand in for long periods. At a regular price of $69.99, I would say that these shoes are priced somewhat high, but they are currently (as of the time of this review) on sale for $53.99, and have 10% off coupon available as well, bringing the price closer to $48.60 while the sale lasts. That said, for as comfortable as my husband says these shoes are, you may consider the price to be well worth it.Overall, these are nice shoes. The husband would recommend them.

Nah, not really; Promola Wide Toe Box Mesh Walking Sneakers are actually just dorky all the way down. But they do get worn on the regular, so they must have done something right.Twenty- something Mr. Bigfoot treats them as slip ons, rarely bothering with the ties and leaning into the stretchy mesh collar. As for durability, he's ridiculously hard on shoes, and these look good as new after a month in rotation.I'm guessing the cork footbed is a comfy match for his foot, too--he goes sockless in these sometimes, even midwinter. To my amazement, they're just as likely to leave the house as more fashionable shoe choices, so comfort must be in the eye of the beholder, too.

These are just too wide. They look pretty goffy on my feet.

In the spring comes, these will be my standard wear shoes. They are definitely light and comfortable. I ordered size 15 shoes, and to my surprise they are actually a good fit. I have wide feet and finding comfortable shoes has always been a challenge. I wore them all day in a mall area, and they were still comfortable at the end of the day. These shoes do not pressure my feet. However for the time being, they are on the shelf waiting for spring weather. These shoes are not meant for cold temperatures and wet environments. Most of my time during the winter is spent outside, so I need water proof warm shoes and boots for the time being.

The room in the tow area is great. I have a wide foot and so far the shoes are very comfortable. I have only wore them about 12 hours but they still are feeling pretty good. The elastic shoestring is a novel idea. Don't know how I'll replace them when they wear out.

So I realized from the product listing that this is a wide shoe, but I didn't realize just how wide it was until I received them.Unfortunately, immediately when I saw them I thought to myself, these shoes are definitely not very fashionable. The other thing I noticed right away was how difficult it was to actually put them on, while trying to keep the tongue straight. Even when I loosened the strings and held the tongue while trying to put the shoes on, the sides of the tongue kept curling in while I was trying to slip my foot in. It just got frustrating and I gave up. The top part of the shoe is made of a cloth that has no form to it so it just basically collapses and makes it more difficult to slide the shoe on. I hate to be brutally honest but that's what we're supposed to do in these reviews.

I've bought many, many orthotic shoe's, which are increasingly important as we age, and these orthotic shoes fit the bill.Orthotic shoes are specially designed footwear that provide support, stability, and comfort for individuals with specific foot-related conditions, injuries, or deformities. They are crafted to address issues that regular shoes may not effectively accommodate. In addition, they may alleviate back issues related to ill-fitting shoes. These come with inserts, which you can slide into the shoe to address issues if the shoe is too big. I have wide feet and these fit perfectly. This product has limited odd sizing, i.e. sizes 11 - 15 do not have odd sizes. What I've found out is that the sizing tends to adjust for the even sizes by making them just slightly smaller and, again, these shoes come with height adjusting insoles to help with sizing issues.I normally wear an 11.5 and so ordered a size 12, which fits me perfectly, so you should order up a 1/2 size and not down! This is a very nice product and the orthotics, such as arch support, cushioning, stability and motion, and a roomy toe box are just as advertised in the product description.
