Material pods are made with are cheap! Breaks every time you remove it! Grounds in coffee yuck! Will not buy again. Will be returning if I can!

The coffee tastes great! But after brewing, the bags are so flimsy that they ripped open as I pulled them out of the pitcher, spilling coffee grounds into the coffee. I had to filter it all through a French press to make it drinkable.

I just developed my new summertime craving for Iced coffee when my husband brought home a box of Iced Coffee packages from Aldi. I fell instantly in love, but Aldi's being Aldi's, they didn't have anymore. Ok, now I am seriously addicted, and needed to find another smooth and dreamy flavored iced coffee that offered the ease in making, but yet had the great flavor, without bitter tastes, but yet remind me of a creamy chocolate with caramel flavor in my iced coffee. And dang, if this coffee didn't fill the exact taste profile I was looking for. So easy to make, you simply need time, and add ice, your favorite flavored creamer and you have the best tasting iced coffee drink with a creamy, dreamy flavor....I am sure I will be drinking this almost every day, year-round! This seriously, is the very best, and Wink has me forever! PLEASE, please don't disappear!

I'm addicted to iced coffee, especially nitro cold brew. I usually buy the pre bottled. I love La Columbe cold brew. (Blue bottle). That is not nitro. Anyway, I gave the Winks packs a try. I used a 32oz mason jar - didn't measure anything. I put 1 packet in the jar. Added room temperature Poland Spring water, just enough to fully cover the pouch. I would guess around 16 - 17 ounces. Let it sit on the counter for about 20 hours. Gently removed the pouch with soft tongs. No breaks or leaks at all. Then I filled the mason jar all the way to the top with more Poland Spring. Gave the jar a heavy shake. Grabbed a 24oz tumbler filled with ice. Added a few pumps of sugar free vanilla syrup, and organic half and half. Stirred at all up. It was absolutely delicious. I mean, super good. All without measuring. Will definitely buy more of these. Remember, 1 single pouch into 32 oz mason jar - if you choose to brew this way. Now I just brew to jars at a time. Easier to handle then the 64oz jar. To each their own. Great Coffee.

Flavor is bold and great in my opinion. My only problem with this brand of coffee is every single time I have ordered, I have broken coffee pouches in the bag. Usually it’s only been one or two pouches ripped but this time it was three broken pouches in the package I received today. I have never made a fuss but since it’s obviously (this is how it will always be) I am officially done buying these cold brew packs. It’s not the cheapest and to only be able to use some of them- not very cost effective. On to the next brand.Sorry wink! I tried being patient and supportive but you need to change this for customers or you might continue to loose customers over this issue.**UPDATE** I have since updated my review to 4 stars.I have since purchased wink coffee again (this is now the 4th purchase this time around) they have updated the packaging. Each pack of coffee is now individually wrapped. It does have lots of packaging now since they are all individually wrapped but I have not yet had any damaged bags since.Keeping a star off since this brand has never reached out offering to replace any damaged packs I have received. (Customer service is lacking but the flavor is great)

This is a super convenient and fresh cold brew pod. When I received the Amazon box I could actually smell the coffee before I even opened it. I followed the instruction and soaked the pack overnight at room temperature. The result was a fresh, flavorful and very strong cold brew. Perfect way to start the day! Thanks wink.
