This is a great product to use in wall seep holes. Used them on my outdoor brick patio to keep bugs from coming in.

I used this Stainless Steel Mesh to block a small hole in a part of our wall. It was a quick and easy task. The mesh cuts in a fairly effortless manner, using a regular pair of scissors.note: as I cut out the dimensions of the mesh that I needed, bits of the mesh fell on to the table (see picture I took, labeled "debris").The mesh is semi-flexible; I found it easy to bend the mesh to conform to the parts of the wall that I was working on.Overall, I find this mesh to be a great way to keep out unwanted creatures.

I received this item for review through the vine program. Here is my unbiased review. This product is very flexible and pliable and can fit and fill any area. It works well to fill in weep holes to keep vermin out of your house. if you cut a small piece you can really create a good block as seen in the picture. I highly recommend this to keep EVERYTHING out!Flexible and stretchy!I intend to also use this in some poorly jointed sections between a catwalk and roof that seems to allow pests in. The previous patch was done with hardware cloth but this product should allow a much better seal to the high flexibility and 'stretchiness" of the materialNo Rust:Before using this product I cut a small piece and left half submerged in water for about a week to confirm it would not rust,.. it did not. We have had squirrels getting into our attic. The treatment is to find the holes where they are getting in and to seal those holes up. (You leave one hole with a trapdoor for them to get out but not back in). This stainless steel mesh is just what I need to plug those holes. Squirrels might just be able to bite through this stuff (I don't think so) but they certainly will not enjoy the experience.

We live in a forest in the country. Rodents are a big challenge! I’m always filling gaps and holes with steel wool which they can’t chew through.Problem is, ordinary steel wool rusts. It gets damp and in time, it breaks down. This stainless steel mesh is a better idea! Rust never sleeps, but stainless steel never rusts. You get a 4-inch band. I judge the size of hole or gap I’m going to fill, cut off a length, and use a screwdriver to jam it in. Then I use aerosol gap-filling foam to keep out wind and insects. A dash of paint and I’m waterproof as well.It works great! Well worth the money.

Photo with soda can for scale. This is neat stuff, reminds me a bit of steel wool, a bit of chicken wire and a bit of chain mail. It is a tube of material that you can easily cut with normal scissors (although sturdy ones do work better). We have a problem with mice getting into the vents and this stuff is much easier to stuff in there (I hate how steel wool feels). They show it around plants, but you would need to use a lot of this for that purpose.
