Step 2. When you want to charge your phone through the battery case, make sure the phone is tightly closed at the bottom of the case, then press the power button for about 3 seconds to start charging.

I am a supervisor for my company and I use my phone a lot. As we all know I phone batteries tend to not last a long time. I was able to fix this issue with this battery pack and a added feature is the mag safe for my car mount.

I've only had this phone case for about two weeks now and it has already stopped charging my phone. The case itself will charge but it does not charge my phone. I rebooted my phone, put it in airplane mode, removed the phone case and put it back on and none of this fixed the issue.The replacement case does not get prime shipping. It's actually five days out.Hoping case number two redeems itself.

I bought one and loved the feel, but the charging functionality with the external battery stopped working after 3-4 months. I decided to try my hand with another one since I liked the feel, hoping that I was just unlucky with the first. Sadly no, the 2nd one stopped working too!Feels good and looks good, but if the external battery is useless and I have to take it out to charge, I’m better off getting a regular case! Wish it was better quality or built to last longer than a couple months. Will not be getting this one again.
