The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is the price after shipping was more than I could have locally. What I do like is that this filter won't let water through just fuel. I have installed this filter on all of my boats, along with a primer pump on each side of the filter housing, and if I see the primer pump start to colaps on the downstream side of the filter housing I just simply remove the filter and shake out the water and its a new filter again. The only time the filter would need to be replaced is if the filter canister would get a hole in it.

Just a well made filter that does what it is supposed to do. No chunks of metal flashing to fall or get forced into the fluid trail. Clean, great components, honest craftmanship. Thanks WIX, it's nice to be able to trust a company.
