We got these 30th Birthday Napkins for a party with a black and gold theme. I was impressed when they arrived, as they were boxed so none of the napkins were squished or folded, as often happens in plastic wraps. The napkins looked fantastic, and were absorbant as advertised. However, if using them to wipe up a spill, some of the black die was left behind. It didn't stain, and came up with a second swipe, but it caught me off guard at first to see the black smears. Also, try as I might, I could not find a third layer to the 3-ply napkins. Still, the napkins added to the festivity of the event, and I would get them again.

These napkins are not particularly absorbent, but what they lack in quality in that sense, they make up for in uniqueness and festivity. I don't think you come across black 60th birthday/anniversary napkins too often. My choir is celebrating its 60th year and I ordered these for the post-concert drink and finger food reception. They'll be a big hit.

The 50 pack of black and gold foil napkins are 3ply. They are thin but absorbant. The imprint was pressed through the napkins. So, sections without the gold foil could see the imprint.

My wife ordered these for her upcoming 70th birthday party. These look good and add that little extra attention to detail. Price is good for 50 napkins. My wife is happy she founds these.
