After adding the wrapping paper rolls and other bits and pieces, the ring that holds it up just snapped. It wasn’t even full.

I wish it held more, maybe I just have to much paper. It does hold bags too. The front pockets aren't that big. They can hold small ribbon or tape. I do like the velcro that holds the rolls of paper in place.

The holder itself is good. Good pockets that hold a lot of stuff but the hanger part is no good. The metal piece holding the hook to the frame bent and opened immediately before the holder was even fully loaded. Tried reforming and bent again. I put the frame on another hanger.

It holds a lot! Love all the pockets. First time I hung it up in the closet it fell immediately. There's a cheap little metal clasp that holds the hook to the hanger and it came loose immediately. I took some pliers and bent the clasp back and over itself and it looks like it'll hold for now, but the hook now looks like it's bending under the weight of the gift wraps. I don't know how long it will remain hanging, but so far so good.Update: it's been about a week and it has fallen again. Once again tightened the clasp with pliers and this time I out some zip ties on either end to keep shut. Very very flimsy.

There are so many great pockets and I love that I can hang this off a door, however it doesn't hold weight well. I had to reinforce the small metal piece at the base of the hook. Was easy enough using zip ties but disappointing to have to do

I was so excited to have something to organize my wrapping etc but this fell apart after only using it twice! The hanger came out and would not stay together. Very disappointed.

i bought it to organize my wrapping paper supplies as it's advertised for. I could not put my longer rolls in it, but that was not the worse thing. As I proceeded to separate my supplies I had it on the bed as I loaded it. When I hung it up in the closet the handle broke off. I am not about to return it for what it cost me so I rigged it with a sturdy hanger for now. I guess you get what you pay for. But as I was doing all this I realized I do not need all this stuff so I think I will donate it all and just get wrapping paper or a gift bag as it becomes necessary. Live and learn i guess. It did not give a weight limit.

Everything I’ve ordered by Elf Store has been perfect, and this is no exception. This holds a ton of stuff, and the hanger is strong even when it’s weighed down by all the paper, wraps, and ribbon.

Great storage idea for wrapping supplies. I keep this in my walk in storage closet for accessibility when I need to wrap/bag a gift! I bought this one for all occasion wrapping and I bought the bigger green zip-up tote one for Christmas wrapping and we put that away with all the Christmas decor. Nice to be able to keep it all together and organized!

It's a lot smaller than I imagined it would be. Each side just barely fits 4 rolls of paper. If the rolls are full I would imagine it only fits 2 or 3. The rolls of paper stretch far above the hanger....must be mini rolls of paper in the picture, because no way they only go up to the strap! The strap for me only hits about halfway on the roll. The side pockets above the rolls are completely unusable as the rolls cover them up. The pockets along the middle are much smaller than I was imagining, too. The bottoms two are very small...I could only fit two rolls of ribbon in each. The pockets on the back are nice and large, but flat. I was happy to fit many boxes and bags back there without a problem. This thing is convenient and does help to organize, but it really does need to be about a foot longer, a few inches wiser, and with another set of straps so the paper doesn't fall forward.
