This works great! We filled ours with water, and it is wobbly/will fall if hit REALLY hard. We will be adding sand to make the base heavier.

Per the instructions I cleaned the floor very well before putting the suction cups on the bottom and standing it up. We filled it with 150 lbs of sand. But the suction cups did absolutely nothing. I ended up buying a sheet of plywood drilling holes where the suction cup bolts screw in the bottom, bought bolts at my local hardware and bolted it to the plywood. I threw away the suction cups. Note it works amazing.

My boyfriend loves this, it was so easy to put together, it is heavy so you will need help lifting it and putting it together but so easy! It was easy to fill, it’s very sturdy and doesn’t fall over. It’s an amazing way to workout and you don’t have to worry about it ripping a hole in your ceiling.

I may not be the heaviest hitter, but this bag is perfect for my training. I have a smooth concrete floor and without any weight in the base the suction cups hold in place very well. Easier to relocate than a hanging bag, and seems to be a solid bag.

I ended up filling it with sand. Took a little time but it's really grounded but still movable when I need to get it out of the way. The suction cups work good on the floor but beware of cheap flooring as it will lift it.

It works as intended, my family loves working on it, overall quality is not bad, the foam is just thin you need a proper hand protection like hand wraps and better boxing gloves or you hurt your self and in my case where the floor is concrete the suction won't work so I put 2 bags of sand or it will fall.
