After all the time to remove plantation shutters and putting up the film, I still feel a draft. The actual putting up the 2-sided tape and then the film was not too bad. The hairdryer to shrink the film to remove wrinkles did not work all that good. Would not go through the trouble again.

My 1914 house has original, leaky windows. This year Iām sealing all 18 windows to stop drafts. This product was easy to put up and is not noticeable when done. The sheets are a nice size. I did tear one but taped it shut. Also I would recommend wearing gloves to not leave fingerprints! Will buy again.

The package contains a thin, already sticky plastic and a double-sided adhesive tap. Think of the material just like your every day produce bag but thinner and sticky. Now when you attach the tape, there is no way you could keep it straight. It starts sticking to itself and the tap which makes it absolutely worthless. The only way it could work would be trying to insulate an area of less than 30 cm.The only plus side is that the tape is transparent once both sides are removed.
