These are some interesting insoles. They work well and i have no major complaints about these. The bottom of these have light a pocket filled with loose foam pieces. I could feel them at first, but once worn in then they become comfortable and you never realize they are there anymore. These would be good for someone that stands or is on their feet all day.

Can I give these inserts 10 stars? THESE ARE THE BEST! I have terrible feet and have to be on my feel all day long due to work and these are lifesavers. At the end of the day, I have no pain at all. None. I didn’t think that inserts really worked but my mind has now changed. I put these in any shoe that I am wearing and they work like a miracle. Highly recommend.

I have extremely high arches and am currently suffering from planter fasciitis. I ordered a couple of different styles of arches and cushion support for different shoes. These are really nice arch supports and helps to keep the pain away.Pros:* excellent support for high arches* good cushion at heel* trimmable to fit most shoes* good value at current cost ~$16 per paircons:* doesn't fit all shoes. these don't work in some of my lower side shoes, which is obvious from the product photos.

I've been using these for 4 days now and they are perfect 𝘧𝘰𝘳 𝘮𝘦 but they will not work for everyone.Well constructed, firm, thick, and cushiony; very pleasantly surprised with the quality. I'm staying with 4* (my standard starting point out of the box) because there is an arch support 'ball' (see pic) which works well for me as I have big arches compared to most (and this has always been a shoe issue for me) 𝘣𝘶𝘵 𝘵𝘩𝘪𝘴 𝘸𝘪𝘭𝘭 𝘯𝘰𝘵 𝘣𝘦 𝘤𝘰𝘮𝘧𝘰𝘳𝘵𝘢𝘣𝘭𝘦 𝘧𝘰𝘳 𝘦𝘷𝘦𝘳𝘺𝘰𝘯𝘦.It took a few hours of wearing/walking with them in my Dudes to mold that ball to my arch and now they are a pleasure to wear; they provide very nice arch support and because of the firm construction they are easily moved to another pair of shoes, big plus.Another big plus is my feet sweat a lot and these have not had an issue absorbing that. Because of the quality construction and the soft top material they should be easy to hand wash. On the down side there, I did not need to cut mine, I wear a men's 9.5, they fit perfectly out of the box. I believe you'd need a pretty good pair of shears to cut back the tip.

I recently received this "XINIFOOT Plantar Fasciitis High Arch Support Insoles for Men Women - Flat Feet Insert - Work Boot Shoe Insole - Foot Pain Running Shock Absorption Insert (L Men 9-10.5 / Women 11-12.5)" and they're not bad insoles, but my arches are simply too high for these to offer the amount of support my feet need.I've tried out at least a dozen different insoles in the past 20 years, and most of them have been decent enough, but none have been the level of support my (freakishly high) arches seem to need. When I find any insoles that specify "arch support" as a product feature, it feels like an obligation at this point to give them consideration, and that's what led me to ordering this pair. Of course, these mention "high arch support" and "flat feet insert" in the same line. I could be wrong, but I'm pretty sure those two things are in direct opposition with one another, but maybe these inserts are some kind of scientific breakthrough and can effectively offer flat-foot AND high-arch support out of the same insole! Unfortunately, I don't think that's possible and it was not the case in my experience. As insoles go, these are reasonably comfortable to me. There's some squishiness to them that makes them feel kind of bouncy when walking. It feels like they're handling "impact resistance" and "shock absorption" in a way that my shoes don't without the inserts. But then there's the arch support factor. These simply don't have enough height to the arch for them to support my arches effectively. There's a "ball" at the arch that I believe is supposed to provide the arch support, but it feels very oddly positioned and for my feet - almost as if the ball is positioned too far forward toward the toe. Trimming the inserts won't really help unless I trim them from the heel, and I hate to do that since the heel's contoured shape is comfy and hugs my foot really well. Trimming the insert's heel so the support-ball at the arch is positioned where my foot would need it would effectively ruin one of the things about these inserts that I like, so I won't.For walking, I think these are probably great for most people. The amount of cushioning is just right to me, but the arch support is awkward and/or uncomfortable, so I don't know that I'll get these past the "breaking in" period. For those who need a less extreme level of arch support, these are likely to be very good. They just don't work for me with my nobody-has-higher-arches-than-mine arches.

Nice and fits my shoe well. Good support for what they are. These are not the $80 insoles you're looking for. But rather, a decent substitute that is a good value.

I have long term chronic plantar fasciitis in one foot. I find that a good supportive insole does far more for me than custom orthotics, or shots. Generally I just go for simple high-arch supporting insoles that change the pull the tendons pull as I walk.I had high hopes for this insole specifically designed for plantar fasciitis. Unfortunately it feels very strange and uncomfortable to wear. Specifically the central bump that just pokes in the middle of my foot is very distractings while I walk.I could see how support at that center point of the foot could be helpful for plantar fasciitis, but I think this would be better done with a gradual rise, rather than a sudden hump in the otherwise flat part of the insole. It also pushes into my foot only lightly. I wonder if this might be more helpful for someone with flat feet, but even then I think the design would be irritating.I do intend to wear it for a few more days at least to see if I get used to it at all, and I'll even try it running. I will update this review if I find any advantages to this design that I have not yet observed.
