Holds the girls down. I'm a 38 G. They have a life is their own. This helps the flatten them enough to function. Minimizer bras can't do anything. THIS is the best option

This is fairly easy to put on yet is strong enough to provide good compression. I like that it is open around the waist so it does not get too hot The quality seems very good and while it is not super comfortable for many hours I think that is typical of this type of product. Overall I am happy with this purchase and would recommend to others.

I am absolutely perplexed by the positive reviews calling this comfortable—are we even talking about the same product lol. There’s just no possible way. I’m all for good binding, but this thing is nowhere close to a proper or healthy binder.First off, the material feels like rough cardboard. Zero stretch. ZERO. Imagine trying to put on a metal chain that refuses to budge—that’s what this binder is like. I could barely get it over my head! (And I’ve tried many binders for reference, and would like to think I know what a proper one feels like)The bottom elastic band is so much tighter than the upper chest portion, and let me tell you, that band is the real villain here. The result? A binder that successfully squeezes the life out of your ribs *without* compressing your chest. So, you get all the pain and none of the benefit. It’s like running a marathon but having it not count as exercise.Speaking of torture—let’s talk binder safety. A bad binder (or the wrong fit) can do some serious damage. We’re talking harm to your rib cage, breathing issues, and even heart function. A good binder should *support* you, not suffocate you. Please don’t underestimate the importance of finding a binder that’s designed with your health in mind! And hey, if you can find one that’s organic or has safety certifications, even better. Your skin’s going to be hugging this thing all day, so it’s worth making sure it’s not irritating or filled with harmful chemicals. Safe, breathable, non-toxic materials are a must!➡️ Final word: Avoid this one if you value your rib cage and, you know, breathing comfortably.

I really like the look and feel of this binder. However, it isn't getting stars because its a bit thin and see-through. It is also not the tightest bind for the feel of the binder being quite tight. It is more of a medium compression.

This still works great for me! It's comfortable and breathable. Sometimes for less support I just wear it backwards as a sports bra. Haha.
