In order to install the wick you have to take it, apart which needs tools. Also, the bottom plate is screwed on directly into the bottom of the fuel tank. In my opinion, this makes it dangerous because of leakage. In other words, as most products do, screws come loose. With three screws directly in the bottom of the fuel tank, there are three leakage points. Since kerosene is the fuel used, it's a high probability for fire!

1) This arrived bent, but not broken.2) The material construction is cheap and flimsy in all areas except the burner. This is DANGEROUS!3) This arrived missing items shown and listed, like spare wicks.4) THIS IS NOT FOR USE INDOORS!First off, use the best grade kerosene that you can get ahold of, you will need it in order to prevent further issues with this.!!!!!!DO NOT LIGHT OR USE THIS HEATER UNLESS YOU ARE 100% CERTAIN THAT IF IT IS DESTROYED NOTHING ELSE WILL BE AFFECTED!!!!!!!While the design is solid, the materials used in construction are sub-standard and do not meet even a modicum of safety. This can heat an area sufficiently, but I would not trust it anywhere except a dirt field without any debris to catch fire, especially with children or livestock. Entirely unsafe and possibly even illegal to sell within the USA (have not verified).I used it twice, it did not suit my needs due to the safety concerns.

Took a while to get but worth it! Nice size, can cook on it and heat!!! Extra wicks a bonus with other extras, very good purchase and great for emergency. Very pleased, would order again!
