The 3 level pet cage is good for both birds and small animals:
As for the small animals, we recommend rodent feed, namely, adult rats, sugar gliders, chinchilla, ferret, hamster, guinea pig, hedgehog, iguana, squirrel or other similiar size animals.

I bought my first cage for home. I like how well built it is. There is plenty of room for small pet life enhancement like toys and hammocks. I liked the first one so much I purchased another for my office. I take a small pet to work almost every day. She loves the space.

This is a very sturdy cage. It is made with good sturdy materials. Very easy to assemble. Lots of space for our animal. Would highly recommend. I actually have 2 of these cages.

I put off getting a big, expensive cage for my rats until I knew I loved having them as pets long term and I wish I hadn’t. This cage is so much better than the original one I got for them and I wish I would have just but the bullet and invested in this one earlier. The only complaint I have is that, for my rats, I have to put the tray above the grate because it can’t fiction without it and the grate isn’t safe for my girls. It’s annoying when you clean but worth it for how much space we save and space they get!

I love the great size of this with a smaller footprint. It is not as deep as many other cages, so it gives you the height and length without the width, which makes it more versatile when I try to find a space for it in the house. The hardest part may be getting it out of the box, so I suggest opening up both ends and just sliding it out because it's all zip tied together. The other tough part is holding the Allen wrench in place and not dropping it a billionth time while you're trying to put the thing together. It can be tricky putting it together but set aside and evening and no that you're going to have to recheck a few things here and there. I am not handy at all, and I was able to figure it out. It only takes one screw type, so that makes it easier. My rat is in heaven! This is such a spacious cage and takes up very little room in my house I love it! I highly recommend it. It is also very durable and better made than most cages I have used.

I added lots of wooden planks so my rats could move all around. I also took the bottom grate out because I didn't want them to have their little hands on bars all the time. I put the plastic bottom on the top shelf and used the felt things for furniture on hardwood floor to lift it up. In the one picture you can see there's a slight crack but that's only from that angle. My rats haven't even noticed it. I cut rubber bath mats and put them on the shelves that were provided so, again, their little hands didn't have to be on bars all the time. I just wash them off when I clean the cage. They love the cage and, although it does look a bit big for rats, it's perfect. Really it's just tall and I have very energetic rats. We have to put them in their balls once to twice a day to run around so they love the extra room.Contrary to other reviews I found it to be quite sturdy. There was one hole that didn't have the feeling for the screw to go in. I happen to have some cork so I managed to rig it. Aside from that and it went together well. I don't particularly care for the small windows everywhere. I had to put zip ties and metal twisties on them to make sure they stay locked down but I did find them useful when trying to screw some of those shelves on myself. I later had my son help me finish putting them on as it was easier with two people.

I absolutely love this new cage. I am so happy that I found it. I had previously bought her a cage which she had for over five years but it was so flimsy that I knew it was time to replace it and it got so rusted, which is I did not realize. This one is so so so sturdy that you cannot bend any of the bars and all the corners and doors Are pieces of metal bars and not the small ones throughout the cage. Another words you just cannot bend those. The doors are so secure and I love that I don’t have to bend down every time I need to clean it. I try to reach my sugar glider. She absolutely loves her cage as well. I could put her little radio underneath with her food And not have to run around trying to get food for her. It is so accessible and I just turned on her little radio at night and she is so content. So worth every penny spent on it. Thank you.

I bought this to upsize my rats' cage and they absolutely love the amount of space they have now. It provides a lot of room without much of a footprint so it is easy to fit into smaller spaces. It's not hard to assemble, but it definitely requires at least 2 people. I love that the ramps and ledges included are sturdier than some of the others I've used in the past. The doors are also very secure, but if you're using for small animals like rats, I would definitely use zip ties to keep the bird windows shut. I also put the bedding trap inside the cage rather than in the slot it's supposed to go in so that there is no space between the bottom of the cage and the trap that could be used to escape. It is a bit of a chore to get in and out that way but it's definitely more secure. I would also recommend securing the cage to the storage shelf using zip ties or something similar because it moves around otherwise.
