This was a considerable upgrade from the stock mouthpiece that came with my Mendini by Cecilio baritone. I am a tenor player, so I am brand new to baritone - the slightly more relaxed embouchre takes a little getting used to, but I'm loving the sound I'm getting!

This mouthpiece is fantastic! It's so good that our school director put it on the supply list. My son keeps coming back to it because it offers great sound and ease of play. Highly recommend it for any baritone sax player!

It its very difficult to explain to a non musician or a non saxophone player about mouthpieces, because there are several factors involved. I need more time to make a judgement. Yamaha are a known and respected player so the item is in good condition and delivery was reasonably prompt.
