These are perfect for letting the kids shoot the bow without worrying about them shooting each other or something else they shouldn’t be and causing permanent damage.

Although I have real high-end bows and arrows, I use a set of soft tip arrows for when using real arrows is not possible, like when my neighbors’ pets are in the vicinity. What’s great is that you can use these with any standard arrows, although they don’t work well for bows with draw weights above 30-pounds.I am using these with a regular archery target, as well as with empty soda cans on a sawhorse which is just as fun without some audible and visual stimuli. I already have some soft foam tipped arrows from “Arrow Soft” brand, and these yessport tips are a little smaller but work just as well. Sometimes I hit the target hard enough that the foam on the arrow causes it to fly back towards me, from which we all get a good laugh.If I have any nitpicks, it’s that I wish the foam tips were brightly colored, so they are easy to find if you miss your target, as the black blends into the environment too easily. I also wish they came with a stuff sack for storage when not in use or on an arrow. Otherwise, they are nice training aids and for the price seem to be a good value.
