The welding has come apart in just 4 months! The product is now completely useless as the main supporting arm has ripped away from the body.I am just 70kgs (well under the rated weight for the machine) and I am the only one using it.

One part of the online description says weight limit of 220, another part says 330, but the instruction booklet it came with says it’s NOT for people over 150. I’ve used this under my desk at work to help with circulation in my legs. It’s fantastic for that. I’m right at 200 and the first time I went to use this for it’s actual purpose, the cable on the wheel broke. So. Be warned. It’s never been noisy, a little bit of whooshing isn’t a problem. Very disappointing :(

I used it maybe a had full of times because im in school and work. I thought it wasn't working right could not find anything wrong. Then I notice some nuts and screws loose I sat it down figured all it needed was some tightening. I finally did that today same issues I turn it over and there is a crack in the wheel I would of never noticed it. I'm so upset because this was a waste of money for something I really wanted and couldn't use cause it seemed off turned out it was broke all along

I still think this is a good little stepper, but -- it leaked black oil on our living room carpet. Place something under it.My stepper just arrived and I've used it for 20 minutes while watching TV -- which is the longest it can be used at one time. We used to have a huge stair stepper machine which was like getting a real workout -- panting, heart racing, sweating. This is not that, but in a small apartment, it's better than nothing. After 20 minutes I had no noticeable elevation in heart rate, but I was breathing very mildly through my mouth and had worked up a teeny tiny sweat. When i got off, my legs felt like jelly, so something happened.This is not a real workout, but it beats lying on the couch watching TV. It's easy to use and it takes up no room in our small apartment. I plan to use this little stepper every evening after work and see what happens. The only drawback is that it can only be used for 20 minutes at a time. Longer would be better.

I was so excited to receive it. The delivery was fast. After 1 week it stopped working. I submitted my issue with Amazon and received instructions on the return. I receive another one within a week and I've had NO issues. I enjoy using the stepper as a part of my fitness regime. It got my heart rate up quickly. It's a great lower body workout.

The stepper didn't even last two days. The hydraulics gave out. Couldn't use the step. Definitely got a defective product

Same as a few other reviewers, it gets noisy and squeaky. It doesn't affect the range or motion and I've added the oil to the parts I believe it needs (there are no directions for where to put the oil) after I add the oil the noise stops but not for very long. It still does what I need it to do and I use it during the day so it only bothers me and it's good for the price.

I love this thing. 10 minutes and I start sweating. I play a game and try to get more steps than the time and usually stay on for about 15 minutes. It's fun. I didn't like the resistance bands that come with it, though, but no complaints about the machine itself.

It’s a good product to get yourself some exercise if you have limited space but it squeaks a lot even if you use the oil it comes with. Maybe it needs the screws tightened but every tool I have doesn’t fit it. I still use it but the noise from it drives me crazy.
