They were as described shallow, and hold beer or soda can even while fitting neatly into old cup holders on poker table making the old look new again. Allowing upgrade without having to fully replace the old.

I used these mounted in a 2x6" as they were shallow enough to fit completely flush. They're very shallow, but are exactly what I needed.I will note using a 3.5" hole saw, the fit was very tight. You'll want to plan on cleaning up the hole quite a bit or the fit will be too tight. Other 3.5" metal cupholders I've used fit just about perfectly with a clean 3.5" hole saw hole. These were way too tight and a lot more clean up was needed on the hole.

I was looking for shallow brass drink holders but they don't seem to exist so I bought these stainless steel ones and spray painted them. Worked out perfectly!

These worked great for grommets for ventilation in our sauna. I cut off the bottoms and simply wrapped stainless steel screen around them before plugging them in the vent holes. They look great! I'd give 5 stars, but it was a bit pricey for 10 when I only needed three of them. How about selling smaller packs?
