Your cart is empty.The Film Galvanizing System ZINGA is a one pack coating that contains 96% zinc in the dry film and provides cathodic protection of ferrous metals ZINGA differentiates from other anti-corrosion methods in combining both Passive and Active protection in an easily applied film galvanizing system that not only delivers active cathodic protection but also provides a passive physical shield. Can be used as a unique system as an alternative to hot-dip, galvanization or metallization. Can be applied by brushing, rolling or spraying on a clean and rough substrate in a wide range of atmospheric circumstances. ZINGA has one of the fastest drying times in the coating industry. It is touch dry in around 10 minutes at 20°C (40 µm DFT). ZINGA can be recoated with a new layer of ZINGA 1 hour after touch dry (by pistol, after 2 hours by brush), and with other paints 6 to 24 hours after touch dry.
