This is for COLD beverage ONLY!Gladly the last moment before I pour in my warm milk I see he tiny words below the handler.Maybe my understanding was wrong so I bought this in mistake, nowhere says COLD BEVERAGE ONLY before I bought.And it was asking how the “warmth” is when I’m writing this review ..not what I wanted, sorry I will return

It is it clear when it is open or closed, clients tend to open it more than they should and drop cover on their drinks.

over all looks good but it's not spill proof and i wish the can add a bush bottom so it will be easy to use , i tried it with hot water for like 5 hours and it works fine but i'm pretty sure that it's a very good brand but i don't feel lucky this time .

Works great. Easy to clean! Milk stays cold throughout the day. Just make sure to clean it daily. I use vinegar.

We use this in a cafe. If you leave it in the fridge overnight and fill it all the way it will keep cream below 40 degrees for at least 8 hours. It's also easy to clean and seems pretty sturdy. You can't close off the spout if that matters to you.

Why is there no close position ? The thing makes a real mess when it tips over in the fridge or cooler. Thats super easy to happen and would have been super easy to design a lid that locked closed.

This creamer works great! Keeps milk cold for 10 hours! I fill this at night with milk, keep it in the cooler and put it out at 7 am. I take it off the coffee bar at 5 and the milk is still plenty cold. I've tested it several times because I was going to buy another and switch them out half day, no need to! Another huge plus is the lid, no turn it to pour, always ready to go! Easy to clean too. Great product!!Update March 2018: Still working very well but customers have a tendency to turn the lid. When doing so, it needs to be cleaned as the milk will be retained in the threads. A lid lock of some sort would be a perfect addition to this product.

I own a small bakery and over the years I have tried every variety of insulated creamer to keep our dairy at temperature on our coffee counter. Most creamers crack, break when they're dropped and are overall very difficult to clean. But this creamer is the BEST one I have ever used and is incredibly easy to clean while also maintaining proper milk temperature throughout the day. I bought the pack of 6 for $200 and they are worth every penny! Don't try a cheaper variety, you will be disappointed.

We purchased 2 for our coffee shop and they are excellent! Other brands we have used allow the half and half to remain in the threads/ridges of the lid of the server which lead to a strong sour milk smell! The Zojirushi has held up well to repeated washing and sanitizing. The one piece lid is easy for cleaning with only 1 removable seal ring around the area of the lid that is immersed inside the creamer. 2 are ideal for us and if we were to purchase more it would definitely be another one of these. Highly recommend.
