This protective sleeve keeps my Handicap Placard in one piece. It had become dry and brittle. Pieces were falling out. Now i have the remainder protected and legal. Next time i will use one from day one.

I have used a few different brands of these placard holders & these are Not even cut to the proper size. The pocket is Too Short to hold the placard. You can't get the holder onto the rear view mirror because the placard is sticking out of the top of the pocket. Save yourself some trouble & purchase one of the other brands available on Amazon .....

These protectors are very thin. They will pbobably tear again, like the old ones. We'll see,

Bought this to protect my Accessible Parking Pass for Ontario. Fits perfectly and I can keep it in my purse so it’s with me wherever I go.

If your permit is in the windshield like it's suppose to be, the sun will cook the plastic and warp it. Once it's melted like that, its done. Otherwise its a decent holder for the Ontario permit. Just keep out of the sun.

I was searching for a holder to protect my Ontario Handicapped Permit. They cannot be laminated so I tried it. My permit fits perfectly. And you get two.

For all intensive purposes, this product is worth the purchase. It serves its purpose and protects your handicap placard. As you know, the placards that have the month and year punched out (perforated stock paper) requires gentle handling. If any of the other months or years are punched through - the placard is NO LONGER VALID. Therefore, this is an excellent way to protect the placard itself. With that being said, the quality is "so so." I do not trust the actual hook of the plastic. It does not look very durable. I usually just place the placard (In this holder) on the dashboard - rather than hanging it and running this risk of it breaking. BUT...you get TWO placard holders for the price of one, with this purchase, which is an exceptional deal! Better safe than sorry, when protecting your much-needed handicap placard! I recommend this product!

Over the years, handicap placards have dwindled in quality as the DMV uses cheaper and cheaper materials. As such placards are easily torn and damaged. This protective plastic sleeve was exactly what I needed to display my handicap tag. It is made of strong, supportive plastic and it fits perfectly over the rear view mirror. Other people have stated that their holder broke or was damaged in some way, but the ones I received were made very well and hold up despite prolonged use. The plastic is see through, of course, and big enough to let the handicap tag slide in easily without any need to bend or use force. It's also small enough that when I remove it from the mirror, I can easily put it above the sun visor or place it in the glove box. Overall, it is a very nice idea and is implemented perfectly. I love it. :)

I have found that sometimes you can buy things that really don't cost very much money, but at the same time, they can have a profound impact on your life. This simple piece of place is a perfect illustration of this concept. I have a 90 year mother who is still self-reliant, and lives on her own in Connecticut. I take her out to dinner during the week, and shopping about once a week as well, and of course there are the constant doctor appointments. We therefore have a handicap placard on her behalf. The trouble is, I have several cars, and if you move the state created pass from car to car, it is difficult to move the placard depending upon which vehicle you are in.This simple piece of plastic has impacted my life. As you know, it attaches to the connecting rod bewteen the front windshield and the rear view mirror. Depending upon the car's manufacturer that rod could be thick or thin. In addition in some cars there are connecting wires that flow down and twist around that rod. There are also other wires that can come down alongside the rod which would interfere with trying to place the state placard where it should be.I looked at several of these plastic holders before buying, and then one night while moving my sticker to one of my cars, an Acura, I couldn't get it done. I must have spent 2 minutes in the dark trying to do it. The next day, I ordered the product you are now looking at. It is simply worth every penny. It has a nice feel to it with enough hardness to realize you are holding something. In other words it has heft. The state sticker easily slides in and out if necessary, and more importantly when inside the plastic holder, it is firmly inside. It will not wiggle while you are driving. The plastic holder now easily attaches in every car I have. It is a joy to work with, and it will also preserve the life of the placard, which in this case is LIFETIME. It simply makes no sense not to work with such a device, and you will get years of service out of it. Don't hesitate, buy it and use it, and never again will you have to fiddle around in the dark trying to fix a handicap sticker to a windshied. Good luck.Richard Stoyeck
