This sword is a perfect cosplay accessory. It has a shiny scabbard, rope wrapping, and a painted wooden blade. It was simple to assemble. Overall, the effect is quite pleasing and any fan of One Piece will love this.

Gave this to my son for Christmas. He absolutely loves it. This wood sword comes with a plastic case and a plastic stand to hold the sword. Such a cute replica. It's pretty durable, as he hits it on a lot of things like snow, ice, grass, even my wall a few times. My son likes to sword swipe snowballs. He does not like the way the belt/holder fits, so he rarely uses it, but he doesn't mind, he still loves it! I have to remind him we can't bring it everywhere. :-)

It's all plastic and bamboo, and that makes it PERFECT for carrying around in a costume... it's really lightweight, yet the bamboo "blade" makes it very sturdy and stiff. FUN TO WIELD. Full sized replica, with a nicely woven cloth handle grip and well done details (plastic below grip, plastic hilt, and plastic sword stand). It would have been nice if the STAND for it was made out of wood instead of plastic, but besides that, no complaints! Very nice looking, clean - doesn't come off as "cheap". GIDDYUP. Perfectly wearable costumery!

Looks as pictured, no complaints there. Fairly close to the anime as well.Don't forget to read the instructions and put everything together right the first time... There is a mechanism (feels like a wedge or press fit, not ratcheting) that retains the blade in the hilt. If you say... forget a piece when putting it together, its possible to pull it apart if you pull really hard. I was surprised it didn't break from the amount of force needed to disassemble it.

I like that this isn't sharp and the design is extremely clean and crisp for Zoro's sword. The length is nice and the overall blade can sheath and hold in the blade (its not loose and is a snug fit). The weight is extremely light, its not heavy like a boken but is perfect to cosplay. One thing that I'm not sure about is the leather thing, not sure what its purpose or how to wear it. It doesn't really work out on the stand.

The sword is a great decorative piece but the holder might as well just be thrown in the trash. It doesn't work well sitting on a flat surface and can't be mounted. If you want to mount on your wall the sword fits perfectly in a screw in U Hook, but you'll need 2 of them.

I'm a huge One Piece fan so when I saw this item I ordered it. Although I really wanted to like it, it was just meh for me. The item was difficult to put together and I literally had to get a mallet just to hammer the sword into the handle, and even still the ring or square piece still feels loose. Ao I can only give this item 3 stars. The wooden sword piece is fine as I did not expect it to be spectacular for painted wood.

This sword is super cool. Looks like a real life imagining of Zoro's sword. I am dancer and performer. This sword is incredibly light and well balanced, making it perfect for sword flourishes. Its very sturdy too, I don't feel like this would break or I have to particularly baby it.The blade is wood, and the grip wrap is glued securely onto the sword handle. The bumpy texture on the sword handle is somewhat squishy foam, surprisingly enough. The sword in the scabbard is 41 inches long, but the sword is actually closer to 38.5 inches long. This product comes with a thin, pliable belt, that's definitely not strong enough to hold three swords throughout a whole day. However, the belt sword holster is very useful. The belt fits waists sizes 31-42 inches. It is thin enough to be cut and resewn shorter, with regular sewing machine and fabric scissors. Also, just a note. The LED versions of these anime swords sold by others are cool, but heavier than these pure wood swords. The price different between the wood and LED swords is about 10-11 dollars difference. I own both an LED katana and this wooden sword, and I think both are very good. I have no preference for whether the sword lights up or not, because weight and balancing plays such a big role in how a prop sword can be used. LED swords are too blade heavy. This wooden sword has better balance point at the hilt.I think this wooden sword is great value.
