This plug snaps right in and is easy to use. It is a tight fit and you may need to pry a little to get it out.

I got this to put on the front of the 1 1/4" opening so that salt and dirt didn't get into the receiver itself while driving. It snapped securely in place and closes off the front completely.5 stars

works well and fits great. I noticed several people complaining about how tight it fits. it has several grooves on it to help it sit securely, i pop it in most of the way and let it hand out about a quarter of an inch and it sits securely and it very easy to put in and take out. its been on for a couple months and still working well

I shopped around on Amazon for a simple hitch cover and found this one. I liked the price, the fact it is MADE IN THE USA and that it has no company's logo on it. Yea! The plug fits fine--I wiped the hitch cavity out with a dry rag and popped in the plug. 5 stars.
