I hesitated to purchase these storage boxes due to some of the reviews. I am not sure what folks were expecting but I did eventually buy the set. Honestly, I spent 15 minutes trying to figure “it” out but once I did, it took be 15 minutes to put the remaining 9 together. There is a miscommunication in the directions. There are 4 tabs on either end of the “box”. The instructions say to bend inward FOUR tabs..when in reality there are 8 tabs. Bend ALL 8 tabs inward. That’s it..the rest is a breeze. I have ONE “con” otherwise I am completely happy. The tabs that should hold the boxes together when stacked could use improvement.

I thought these would be a harder more durable plastic similar to acrylic organizers. It is more flimsy like a plastic binder. It comes in perforated sheets that you fold into the box structure, but is very easy to connect to the front and back sides by folding down the flaps per the instructions. Not hard to put together at all.Upside is they are light weight and can be easily broken down to store/move, but downside would be the quality. Still happy with purchase just not as high quality as I expected.

These containers are just as advertised. They're cheap and not the strongest plastic but they get the job done. I wear an 8 in women's and as you can tell by the photos there is some space left. High/mid tops obviously do not fit upwards. I took pictures of the measurements so you don't waste your time or $$ if you wear any size over a men's 12.There is a review with a video tutorial that made things much easier that I didn't use the instruction sheet. Took me less than 15 minutes to put all 10 of them together.I chose these verse more expensive containers because they allow your sneakers to vent. You don't want to put your shoes in air tight containers especially right after wearing them.

I wear 11 W shoes and they don’t always fit into shoe holders. They fit in these though! I was really excited. They are a bit weird to put together, but not hard. It’s a sturdy plastic tube with creases and one seam where you crease the seams to get them to stand up and snap hard plastic down on either end. They hard plastic is held in place by little tabs that fold in. You can take it apart again if you put the plastic on upside down by accident (I may or may not have done that). It doesn’t fall off easily though. And they don’t deform with my clunky orthopedic gym shoes, so I’m very excited by that.

I was skeptical especially after opened package, it looks very soft and thin, but they surprisingly fits all my needs, really stackable and the structure not weak at all, easy to assembly. Also bigger size than it looks, can even fit a pair of dr martens boots, very happy purchase!

Dislikes:I was disappointed with the height. As you can see from my pics, only low cut shoes will fit upright. Not a fan of inserting shoes sideways.Because of the height, I was only able to use five out of the ten boxes. I’ll have to go to a competitor for complete this project. Also disappointed with the width. I wear a 9.5 and had to finagle my cross trainers into the boxes. The plastic is too soft but I get that the manufacturer was looking to create a flexible product.Likes:These boxes are very easy to put together and because the ends are harder plastic, the finished product is sturdy. The stack design is simple and makes stacking seamless. See pics.Because of the softer plastic, I was able to get my AF1 lows in the box. If it was a harder plastic, don’t think they would’ve went in there.Bottom Line: Overall 7-10. Paid $35 and change and can only use half of the boxes because the height is not for mid to high top shoes. The plastic is soft but the flexibility helped get my shoes in. The stacking was flawless; no extra parts to install. Just one on top of the other.Won’t be buying anymore unless my wife needs some for her shoes.

Don’t listen to the bad reviews. These are amazing! No, you can’t stand on them. No, they won’t hold the weight of a toddler. Yes, they do store shoes in a clear, easily accessible manner. And they’re reasonably priced. Dump your cardboard shoeboxes and get these so you (or your wife) will actually wear the shoes you/she own(s).I ordered 100 and after the fumbling through the first few they each took me about 45 seconds to put together. They surprisingly snap together with a satisfying “click”. If you’re having difficulty getting the first one together, just try the next one. Pay attention to the 4 bumps. You want them all facing the same side for stacking purposes.I’m attaching a few pictures. Sturdy front frame and sturdy back frame. The walls are thin-ish plastic, but I have them stacked 11 high in my closet (loaded with shoes) and the doors all open fine. No issues. They don’t attach side-to-side and the 4 tabs on top for stacking don’t snap/lock together.Oh, and the lines on the front door can be confusing. Basically everything that’s not the hard solid white plastic border opens up, not just the double-lined rounded rectangle on the clear front door (hopefully that’s not too confusing).Happy organizing!
