The ULN2003APG is a high-voltage, high-current composite transistor array consisting of seven silicon NPN composite transistors. Each pair of Darlington is connected in series with a 2.7K base resistor.
It can be used with TTL and CMOS circuits at 5V operating voltage. Directly connected, you can directly process data that was previously processed using standard logic buffers.

Step 2: Insert the chip into the IC socket, finish.
The IC socket is the carrier between the chip and the PCB circuit board, the chip can be pulled and inserted directly without soldering to the PCB board.

My ordered package for 10 ULN2003 IC was little delayed at Canada Customs. ULN2003A worked well without requiring external components, to drive load up to 50V and 500 mA . ULN2003A can be used to drive LEDs, Lamps, motor, relay and other devices, requiring up to 50 V and 500 mA.
