So the instructions are not that great. It does not say how much coffee to use. Does not tell you temperature to brew on either. Nor can you find disposable filters to use for the grounds to dump out for easy clean up. It does come with a metal filter. It very tall and bulky so storage will be hard. It does not fit in regular kitchen cabinets. It is a center piece of your appliances as it cannot fit in alot spaces. It does make hot coffee for a ton of people like a wedding event or other large gathering functions. So think about it before buying. Less than 40 people, go for smaller ones. How often you are using it? Where are you storing it?

I’m impressed with its qualityIt takes about 50? Minutes to heat and brewI don’t know if it’s just me but I was not able to make any batch that did not have coffee grains in it It seems like there should be a cover for that basket top

I am so enthused with this urn! It is awesome. We made tons of great tea in it for our lunch event and it worked like a charm! It's solid and very well insulated. The outside doesn't get dangerously hot when you heat it up so that's a great safety feature. We were able to serve tea to well over 40 people and still have some left to refrigerate. It works so good. We plan on using it for coffee in the office and that's going to work out great.Overall, this is a great urn with great safety features incorporated into it. The brand is awesome because this is genuinely a quality product. I wish that we would have had one if these a long time ago! It would have been perfect for holiday gatherings. We will defintely be using it moving forward. It does a great job keeping liquids heated which is an A+ ecspecially during the winter time. This is a great product for such a great price and it benefits so many people. This is a must have for family functions and events.

Does not percolate the same . The way the water is pushed to the top container is the problem. Not contestant. Looks nice, lots of coffee. And , can get really hot! Can't leave it on high or the coffee with over darken and burn. need a coffee maker set it and run .
