I bought these for travel, and they have been comfortable in the 40-degrees cold of Alaska, to the 80° heat and humidity of Tokyo. They do not itch, they fit well and don’t stretch out of shape easily, they have withstood multiple washings, and they air-dry quickly. Pack just a few of these, and you’re good to go. Merino wool is naturally anti-stink, so that’s another benefit. Of course, now that I’m home from my trip, I wear them there too, but they are definitely my go-to for vacations mainly because of their comfort and how fast they dry.

I wish merino wool wasn’t so expensive. Because I’d buy 100 pairs of these underwear. I really love them. The fit was perfect. They are so comfortable. I really really recommend them.

So much is different about processing wool these days to soften and smooth the fibers. Not the case here. Softened burlap would not be the feel I was going for in the undergarment department.

Based on other reviews, I sized up but really didn’t need to as they will stretch. These fit more like boxers. They are very light and launder well. Placed them in a lingerie bag and did not dry in the dryer. Even though others have, I wouldn’t as it is wool but you do you. They were dry within a few hours. The wool is soft, no panty line and work well as a base layer or everyday wear and perfect for traveling. Would be great if they had them in gray. Would purchase again.Updated: bought a second pair of these in the ivory and sized down. Everything I said previously still applies and happy with my purchase. Wish they had a few other colors. Thank you.

Wool undies are THE BEST! Breathable, long lasting. The most comfortable in the heat of summer or the cold of winter. Keeps dampness away.And this brand is my favorite. Fit to regular size. No binding. No panty line at all. Amazing.I started with two pair, and washed them in the sink. Dries in a few hours. Now I have enough to do for a week. Washing machine on “delicate,” drip dry.Update—Super well made. Better than any other brand. 1-1/2 years later, like new. Comfy. Stays in place.

Funny story-- I'm pregnant so I ordered a large when I might normally order a medium or even a small. I am used to bikini or regular panties I guess so when it arrived I was confused if I had ordered a camisole or underwear and couldn't tell from the package. They looked huge! I was slightly horrified and afraid to try them on, but since I ordered two pairs I figured I could at least return one of them if needed.To my surprise, they fit great and have been very comfortable. As I'm normally a size 6 or so, they do tend to stretch out after wearing fit awhile and become a bit uncomfortable loose, but still overall this is very comfortable underwear and has continued to fit great as I now near the end of my pregnancy.I can't make them last multiple days in a row at others have, but plan to use some lanolized wool wash to see if that helps them stay fresher. Even so, they're easy to care for and dry in less than a day if I wash them at night with a little shampoo in the sink and let them hang dry on a towel rack or a hanger in the closet. I'm very pleased with the purchase and so grateful to be able to find a product that's 100% merino wool.

Loved how these worked for a hike recently. Great breathe-ability. My lady parts felt fresh. Easy to move out of the way if using a pee funnel. No itchy feeling or hot. No extra sweaty feeling either.One difficulty was that there is no elastic in the leg holes. I may throw a stitch in there to tighten them up if it causes chafing on longer hikes. Didn’t cause a problem at 7 miles, but I could see how it might.Also, I bought XL. They fit perfect, even though I sometimes use size L.
