I'm still "Old school". Have a major DVD/CD collection. Also do a lot of video editing. With over 5000 cd's and over a 1000 DVD's and still making home videos, I'm running out of space. I purchased a 1000 sleeves awhile back and was about to run out so I ordered these. They are the same weight as my old ones except the colored ones from a previous order are heavier. If you don't sort through, shuffle, or use the media much that's stored in these, they will hold up pretty good. The biggest problem is that the "Tab" on the back, that holds the flap in place, will become useless over time in the above situations. Otherwise, it's "Bang For The Buck".

These seem to be exactly as advertised! I do not have a frame of reference of what people call the thinner ones, but they seem to be as thick as the ones I bought in the store. They seem really good for such a good price!
