I bought 2 and so glad I did. They were very easy to assemble and the Cybervelo 26" ebike is built to last. Very nice looking and very happy with both ebikes. I recommend this bike to everyone. The price and quality are 2nd. to none.

I originally gave this bike a 1 star rating because the front tire got warped during shipping and I assumed it would be a headache to get the problem resolved. They reached out to me providing multiple ways to remedy the situation such as bringing it to a bike repair shop and them reimbursing me, or having them send a new tire that'll take some days to arrive. I got the tire fixed and now the bike is like new. Their customer service is impeccable at fixing any gripe you'd have with the bike. It was super easy to assemble, the suspension/shock absorption is insane and it's like sitting on a brand new BMW soft leather seat. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

bike come no assemble front neck area . had to pay $125.00 to get done by pro bike shop. also way overpacked into small box ,u better be smart or forget buying this item. other than that it does work goes about 27mph on flat ,way less on hills.

The bike is great! I only upgraded the seat. The original one isn't terrible. I have a bad back and bought a bigger seat. I highly recommend the bike. Was not hard to put together. I bought the pink bike. Color is pretty.

Nice, large, comfortable seat, bigger than most. Fun to ride, nice looking bike. Metal parts do rattle a bit, but it could be that I did not tighten them as securely as possible. There is a one to two second pause between turning the handle and acceleration. That feature could be desirable for some and frustrating for others. For example, if wanting to accelerate from a dead stop, say at a stop light, just know it takes a couple of seconds to start moving.

Had a minor issue with the product, but customer service fixed everything very quickly. This minor issue probably won't happen to you. Packaged arrived in good condition, fairly easy to assemble, and for the price it's definitely worth it!

Fun fun and it’s pink. Came and was easy to put together. The bike is sturdy and easy to ride. Never had a bike as a kid so this is my first and the best. Just wish it would warm up so I could ride more.

This is my first time my wife has ever ridden an e-bike. Wile putting it was easy to assemble we found some connectors had been crushed. Cybervelo worked with us step by step to replace the cables with instructional videos on how to run the wires and replace hand brakes and even offered to pay for a bike shop to fix. No need though it was easy to do ourselves. Once fixed we went out for a 20 mile bike ride. The bike is fast and fun to ride. The seat is spring loaded and very comfortable. The bike hardly used up any battery and was still over 90% when ride was completed. The quality and functionality especially since my wife is 5’4” makes this bike an d company a very high recommendation. Just received the basket and it’s one of the best well made baskets I’ve seen. Look forward to using it for small shopping trips as well as being able to carry a small cooler to keep things cold. Thank you so much for a great addition to my e-bike. Great value and use for the money.
