What matters: Threads are cut well. The under-head angle is accurate to my countersinks. The Philips drive fits without issue. These appear to be SS and not just plated steel. If the size and price fit your needs, I can recommend them.

I really like the look of a black oxide finish for flush mount bolts, and I've been paying more than double this price locally for the same design.I wasn't expecting perfect quality for the price, but these are just as good as the more costly units, the coating holds up well to repeated installation/removal, and they have a perfect matte finish that I really like.

I recently built a rolling platform for storage in my basement. I used these bolts to secure the cross braces. They worked well.The Phillips-head is cut deep and with precision so it minimizes cam-out. I used a 20V drill/driver to rotate the bolts while I held the nuts on the other side with a wrench. That made for speedy assembly.The shafts are straight and the threads are properly machined. These a high quality bolts. If you are looking for Phillips-head bolts with an attractive black finish, these are a good choice.

I ordered these because I needed one for a camera mount. I probably could have bought it at a big box hardware store, but it was only a little more for 40 pcs so now I have more than enough for a lifetime. These are high quality and the threads are clean and smooth. No problems. Came in a nice little polypropylene snap case, which I wasn't expecting — a plus.

These screws were put to use rebuilding a sand blaster access door. They worked just fine. They threaded in very well and I like the black finish. They are well made and since they are stainless I believe rusting will not be a problem. Overall nice hardware.
