This is a nice extender that has a built in filter. As supplied, it did not fit the tap I wanted to attach this to (a bar fixture). Once I found the right adapter, I was able to connect this to the tap. It works well for what I needed. The supplied adapters are all plastic, which is unfortunate and would take away from the look if used. The filters supplied are a nice touch. They are purely a sediment filter to help keep the small holes in the nozzle from clogging. In addition to the adapters you receive the tools you will need to get this installed tightly to the faucet (small wrench, small plastic internal wrench and an allan key) so it doesn't leak, as well as the necessary small rubber gaskets/washers.This isn't a universal kit, as I needed to find an adapter on my own that would work. I do think it would be a nicer kit if the adapters included were chrome. Even if one of the plastic ones would have worked, I would have looked for a higher quality chrome adapter so it looked nicer.

Just moved to a new place and all faucets had that low pressure shower mode. Neither me or my kids were fan of that and got tired of it really fast. With this, we can still have that shower mode except with WAY more pressure and the normal faucet flow we grew used to.The installation was super easy. It fit perfectly, didn't need any of the adapters that came with and it. Works like a charm! No leakage whatsoever. Definitely worth it.

This faucet extender is heavy weight metal and well built. It swings smoothly with little effort and allows me to spray water on my face for face wash, and swings down for cups and brushing. It fits our bathroom sink faucet purchased from local home improvement stores. Because I use the swing arm a few times per day, it would loosen and starts leaking a little so I have to tighten it once in a while which is not a problem. The filter also works great because I use warm water all the time. Knowing the water here is often full of sediments and there must be sediments in our water heater, it feels better to have the filter for face wash and brushing. The filter is very visible and easy to replace. Overall, I am pleased with the faucet and built in filter and think this is a great addition for vanity sink.

My fiance and I have our own bathrooms in our place and I had previously gotten one similar to this for my bathroom faucet. The water that comes out the pipe may LOOK clean but I tell you in 2 weeks the filter is already dark brown and sandy --- yup, there's sand that's coming through.I was thoroughly grossed out so I encouraged my fiance to let me put one on his faucet to see if it was the same cause I SWEAR his water had a smell to it. He kept saying no it's fine blahblahblah.Okay -- flash forward like 2 months I finally convinced him so I got this. The picture I have above is literally after the first use. FIRST USE. The filters are stark white when you first install it. It already started turning brown. This finally convinced my mans that the water was not as clean as he thought it were. He really wanted to change it right then and there and I had to tell him no LOL.This also helps because the water can get everywhere better in his sink to clean and also you don't have to end up touching the dang sink when you're washing your hands (you know those sinks that are too small and the faucets are SO CLOSE to it you touch it and get grossed out? no? just me?)Anyway, I really couldn't recommend this more. I know this won't filter out eveything bad but I mean, this does prevent a lot of sediment and sand and whatever is turning the filters brown to get into our bodies when we brush our teeth at least! If you also live in an apartment/co-op/condo, I strongly recommend making sure you filter all your water that you use!
