We purchased this product several years ago when we lived at our prior home. My kiddo absolutely loved this thing and was a big fan of the hammock accessory. I realized we never reviewed it, as I am on here to order another for our new house. It took two adults to put together and I found the instructions confusing, but with another person to help, it went well overall. We did have to watch the assembly videos to finally get it together, and I don't believe we could have done it with just the paper instructions. The hammock could have been better since it was too tight to fit in some directions but baggy on other hooks. We were careful with our hammock and took it down every night, along with only bringing it out when we knew we would use it to avoid as much sun damage as possible. Overall, we were happy with the product.

Great product except like others, the eyebolt snapped after 4 weeks and while the smallest kid in the house was playing. It’s obvious that it’s made from two different metals, so not solid. The directions show to use the straps in the geo dome which doesn’t work- you have to use the chains. My kids love it….or they will again once I make it to the hardware store.

This is a quality product that the kids enjoy playing on. I especially like the hammock feature with the black material that attaches underneath. As everyone says, this is difficult to put together, but I hired two guys and let them go at it. It took them a while, but they got it done. I'm happy we have it now.

It took me 4 full hours to set this up (with occasional help from my 7-year-old). Instructions are just blurry pictures, no words, so I definitely did some parts wrong and had to un-do them. Worth it!! All 3 of our kids (7, 4, and 2) love the dome, and so do our neighbors. Make sure you get the swing. Icing on the cake.

My toddler daughter loves this swing. She has so much fun on it. Today we were both swinging on it and the eye bolt attaching it to the dome snapped in half, making us both crash to the ground with the swing. The two of us are well below the advertised 300 lb weight limit. Luckily, only I got hurt and my baby was fine. But I landed hard on my back/tailbone and am now in pain while walking. I can’t even find any way to reach out to the company… Previously would’ve recommended, after today i definitely would not.

We purchased the green dome for my twin 3yd old nieces and 10yr old nephew for Christmas, but decided to gift it early because of the warm weather we’re having in the south. There’s good and really bad things about this dome.Good:1. It’s very heavy, sturdy and seems like it will last as long as we follow the directions- which we have a major issue with detailed in the bad.2. The 3yr olds like itBad: If you look at the pictures I posted closely, you’ll see the weight discrepancies I’m about to list.1. 10yr old weighs too much to use it.2. Item description:1. Even though the 3yr olds love it, there are many others on Amazon that are the same size, cheaper and offer better weight capacity than this one does. We paid extra for the 1,000lb weight limit that turned out to be 298lbs and the extra weight the bars could take so our 10yr old nephew could also use it. He can’t because he weighs more than 100lbs and we could see the bars flex when he tried to step on it. It’s so heavy we decided to put it together and do something else for him instead of taping the big box back up and lugging it to the UPS store to ship it back. Definitely not happy with this purchase, but it’s a difficult item to return bc of the box weight and size. The item description needs to be fixed on this. 100% false advertising.
