I had 27 pound cakes to make and I was short 9 containers. The company I usually order these from was out of stock of this size and wouldn't have been able to recieve until after Christmas.Recieved them on time.But I could not get them separated, like the tops were stuck together. After about an hour of gently trying to separate them and it wasnt happening, iI was advised to apply a little oil in between them they finally came apart. Then the top wouldn't secure around the base easily. It literally took 2 people. I have been using this same exact product purchased from a commercial baker supply so I know how to use them, these were as if they had been sitting somewhere warm and that kind of melted them cause there is no way these should have been this hard to use.

I am a baker and sale cakes. These are the best especially for when I am doing cakes for people that travel with them. They are on the expensive side because you only get a few for the price.

This cake container came with a brown bottom that do not fit. The picture that is shown is not what you gert The bottom will not snap into place with the top. Very light and insubstantial. I will not buy these cake containers again.

Highly disappointed. First of all they’re not the size that I ordered! Second of all... As a baker who sends/ships cakes the whole purpose of a container is for it to contain the item! There are no grooves that allows the lid to actually stay on the bottom. the sturdiness or thickness is nonexistent! Not worth the $30 at all... Lesson Learned I’ll stick to my other brand

This item is very poorly made. The container is very very flimsy and I had to put tape all around the bottom to hold it closed. I would not purchase this product again. Not sturdy enough!!12/2/19- UpdateThe company has been very helpful with working with me on a refund. They have responded to all my emails in a timely manner in dealing with this issue.
