The pendent was lovely and worth the $107 I paid, however, the loop wasn’t closely tighten and fell off the chain after only a few days of wearing it. I’d appreciate, it if it could be replaced.

I helped my dad order this for my their 55th anniversary. Their names are Jay and Joan. My dad was dying as we ordered it. But amazon came through and it was delivered so quickly and he was able to give it to her before he passed. The piece is beautiful and well made. And my mother couldnt be happier. Btw. When my dad gave it to my mum he said “The J is for Jay, not Joan. So I will always be in your heart”. He died 3 days later.
