Probably fits the 2020 slot, but just too loose for 10 series, just looks sloppy, like it’s going to fall out

Fits great in 20mmx20mm extrusion. not even a whiff of unpleasant smells or oily feeling. the glossy finish looks nice in the matte black extrusion

I used this to fill the gaps on some 4040 extrusion that I used on a homebuilt CNC machine. It's great at keeping the sawdust out of the grooves. It's soft enough to be able to cut easily and it fits in tight enough that it wont slip out and yet it is easy to install.

I’m thrilled with this soft cover sealing strip! It fits perfectly in my 6mm slot aluminum extrusion profiles (both 2020 and 1010 series) and keeps dust and dirt out, which is essential for maintaining the cleanliness of my 3D printer’s rails. The section I received was pretty dusty and left my hands looking like they belonged to a character from the Simpsons. There were also a couple of spots with some noticable red blotches. Might have been poorly mixed dye, or just some holdup somewhere from the previous extrusion.All that said, the fit in both V-groove and standard 2020 extrusion is excellent. It was easy to press in, and held firmly. Would be nicer if I didn't have to clean it before using it, though.

The whole length of it was covered with some kind of greasy substance. I had to wipe it down six times with pure isopropyl solvent before I could touch it without getting it on my hands.

The way the product was packaged caused it to be twisted and crimped. It would not lay flat. It also had a weird oily feel to it. Not worth the money in my opinion.

This is a standard slot cover for 2020 aluminum. It fit as I would expect. The only thing I would caution you is that it doesn't come in a neat roll like in the photos, it comes in basically a ball. Doesn't affect the performance once you slide it into the aluminum extrusion. The color is accurate to the photos.
