Hole diameter is pretty good. Fit on my 5mm D-shafts with probably about an H8 close running fit.

Arrived quickly and at $1 per pulley not bad, even comes with all the hardware needed to install.Quality is poor, the shaft hole is oversized which causes them to rattle, the teeth are sharp with burrs and dents throughout, machining quality for the rest of the part is terrible with large tolerances even on overall size.
