These were exactly as described. I used these to create a custom acrylic enclosure for my laser so I can engrave things at local pop up shops. They were cut perfectly to size and the edges were already filed down so no cutting yourself. The only thing I can say I did not like was the aluminum shavings left from the factory. They got everywhere upon pulling the plastic back. But nothing a vacuum couldn’t solve!

I've been using thisT Slot 2020 Aluminum Extrusions for various industrial projects, including making brackets and frames. The quality of the aluminum is top-notch, providing both strength and durability. The extrusions are consistent in size and finish, which has made assembly smooth and hassle-free. They're also great for any hobbyists looking to build or expand their setups. Highly recommend for reliability and versatility!

Nice extrusions appear to be of high quality. I will have to see how they perform over time but so far, I am pleased,

I haven't built anything with the 2020 extrusions but I inspected them and found the finish to be top-notch. The color is deep and uniform with no burrs or overly sharp edges. I only got the 600mm version of this and they are straight when checked against a machine edge. These babies have a multitude of applications but they are only considered light-medium duty. The hardware / connectors for the 2020 design is also relatively reasonable in price.

I'm very pleased with the quality of these aluminum extrusions. Each is wrapped in a clear adhesive film that worked very well to keep dirt, debris, and swarf from the previous cutting operations from scratching the anodized surfaces. All 10 pieces of extrusion fit very tightly into a cardboard box that was in turn packaged in a larger shipping box. The end result is that the extrusions arrived in pristine shape. The profile of the extrusions is also consistent with those I've used in the past, and presents a good value for the money in my opinion. Building with aluminum extrusions is easy, particularly if you use the correct corner brackets and fasteners. I used a set I found here on Amazon that included the brackets, T-nuts, and hex button-head screws that made assembly quick and easy.5-star product!

I got these to build a frame for a new 3D-printer I designed and these came the exact length the description specified. They were only off by -.05mm which could be attributed to my measuring device varying from the factory measuring device. They come packaged very well and have a layer of clear plastic around the outside of the parts to keep them from rubbing against one another during shipment. The ends are nice and straight and don't have any burrs, etc. While I think they could be a bit cheaper, they are still worth the money if you need some nice evenly cut extrusions. You can't go wrong here. I highly recommend for any makers out there that need a good rigid base frame or project parts.

I basically do woodworking far more than metalworking, but I've noticed how aluminum T slots are cropping up in woodworker's videos to make quick, sturdy and highly accurate workbenches and saw tracks. I ordered this set of 10 T slots just short of 24" long so as to learn how to work with this product. I haven't settled on exactly why I will use them for, but I am leaning toward making side tables or perhaps bigger objects with additional long pieces. These look flawlessly made and perfect for me to do a self-taught tutorial. Apparently you can put clamps and stop blocks into these once installed on a workbench. Very exciting possibilities. I understand that these can be cut with ordinary saw blades, so I will have to explore this area of learning as well.Review of 10PCS T Slot 2020 Aluminum Extrusion European Standard 600mm(23.6’’) Length Anodized Linear Rail for CNC DIY 3D Printer and Industrial Bracket Making

The packaging on these was exemplary; I expected 10 aluminum extrusions bound together with cling wrap tossed in a shipping box. Inside the Amazon shipping box wrapped in shipping paper was another tightly packed box. All 10 extrusions were neatly stacked inside and individually wrapped in an adhesive backed clear tape, which came off real easy and left no residue. As a woodworker these were definitely a desirable candidate for Vine review. These types of aluminum extrusions do come in quite handy for jig building. But the specs is where the desirability diminished...if I had checked them out on the product page I might not have ordered them. Nevertheless, they are a quality product base on a European metric standard.I'm no metallurgist, so there is no contesting their claim of "premium aluminum alloy material" and "better hardness and toughness". I did try to bend it to no avail...I didn't want to test the hardness by banging on it only to mar the black anodization. No moving parts, so utilization and application is the only area of debate. How are these to be used? The Amazon page alludes to use for 3D printer projects and other uses as an assembly component for various things. I cannot discount that, these are a stiff aluminum extrusion that will be strong enough for most DIY applications. I can see pairing these up as columns for the lifting mechanism of a horizontal boring or horizontal routing table. The first point of contention I came across was the size of the slot. Being accustomed to the Imperial system, the slots usually accommodate a 1/4"x20 hex or t-bolt. These slots are quite a bit smaller. I did determine an M5 metric bolt is the best option for attaching anything through the slots. A standard 10x24 or 10x32 screw is too loose but it would still work. A couple of my photos do show 10x24 screws; one had a wider head which fits the slot perfect.Again, as a woodworker, we are frequently using our tool table's miter slots to affix jigs with these extrusions, e.g. a table miter slot. Sadly the width of these is just a hair wide than the standard 3/4" miter slot at .7865" or 20mm. Being aluminum, in a pinch they could be run through the table saw to remove less than .5mm on each side to fit a 3/4" slot. There is some vindication for this adaptation of use. For use in a home made fences and other hand made fixtures where I can define the slot width into which this will be installed, no problem. I'm looking forward to exploiting these for that purpose. The securing methods will simply use m5 metric hardware, e.g. wing nuts, t-bolts, etc. or even custom made nobs. So, in spite of not being for my intended purpose these are a solid well machined extrusion. At over 23 inches long, I do believe I will be able to make use of these. The price is very competitive, at a little under $6 each, when compared to standard jig extrusions.
