Got and used it and it worked good. The second time I used it I had 4 small brackets and on the third one it, it come apart and pieces went everywhere. Not sure where the went so it’s no use now.

The arbor the cutters are on is loose and bounces around in the tools housing. You can not use this on metal like that. I had to disassemble and shim it to fix it. It also lacks a proper high speed rpm to make good use of the cutting inserts. Not worth the money spent as it is mostly unusable even with the one self done fix.

This unit is small but effective and fast at deburring edges. It is very easy to handle especially when an air swivel joint is used at fitting. Saves time over grinding or filing and gives a consistent edge. Slightly underpowered for as deep of cuts as carbide bit would allow.

I was skeptical about this tool when buying. After using on a number of parts I am more than satisfied. I set the tool I almost max chamfer and did many parts before one insert chipped. It only chipped because I fumbled and allowed the tool to bounce around in a weak tired hand grip. If you use on small parts hold them in a vise. You must keep a good grip on the tool at all times and cut against the direction of rotation. Get spare guide bearings, mine is about used up.

Chatters horrendously no matter which direction you move the tool or how much hand pressure you apply. Inserts lasted for about four 24” long cuts on mild steel plate and then one insert broke off completely and jammed up the tool. The concept of the tool is nice but seems to need more refinement.
