Bought this for a 10x10 gazebo and it doesn't fitThe top part of the cover didn't fit at all. Even with measuring and making sure before I bought it. I ripped it trying to jig something to make the canopy work so couldn't return it. Not worth the effort and frustration of this product.

I ordered this after reading many reviews of similar canopies. This one is good quality and fits my 10x10’ gazebo perfectly. Easy to install. Highly recommend.

Finally the weather warmed up so we could put up our new gazebo cover. The first problem is the top section is TOO SMALL so we have to actually rip the stitching out on each corner and try to add fabric to make it fit. This has to be done by hand because the fabric is too thick to use a sewing machine.The second issue is the drain holes are placed toward the corners and not along the edges so the water FILLS it and just the weight is problematic for the structure. The velcro tabs do not keep it stretched tight so the water is accumulating (about 2-3 gallons on each side.) This is clearly designed by someone who has never actually used one. Complete miss on this item. I'd like to return it but it's been several months since I ordered it as I was trying to plan ahead for springtime.

High quality, check your measurements with there measurements. I had to cut 1/2 inch off for the top metal canopy on all 4 sides , but I new it would be close. Easy adjustment. Loved it! Best one yet!

If the opening at top was same size as our framing it would have been a perfect fit and suitable for our use.

This is a much better constructed cover than the original cover on the one we purchased from a big box store (Mainstays brand) That being said it has some issues. The fit is loose, but it does not effect performance, just looks saggy. The most troublesome thing is that it does hold water, even when it rains just a little. I’m experimenting with solutions to alleviate this. Pool noodles won’t work - even the over sized ones don’t provide enough lift and they are expensive. Perhaps a taut monofilament line on the inside of the frame would help. If the manufacturer added a few more grommet/holes that would help too. All in all is a pretty good cover and we are happy with the purchase.Update: We bought 50lb. Monofilament (fishing line) and tied it to the bottom rail of the gazebo. Then ran it up to the top, looped it around the top metal piece, and brought it back down to the rail at an angle and tied it off. A cable tie at each knot kept the line from sliding on the rail. We did this to all eight of the triangles that are formed by the metal frame. It works. No more standing water!

I go through these covers every few years, the sun, the wind, they eventually get ripped up. My last cover was pretty decent, lasted a good while, but finally gave it up after getting brittle in the sun and gale force winds. I went back to Amazon, searched my old orders, hit "Reorder" and that was the ONLY part of this transaction that was the same. I got a thinner-material, unlined cover, that wasn't the same color as I previously had, or the color that was was showing in the ad on amazon (the last one was grey, this is off-white) this canopy has shorter shoulders than shown in the ad, so it doesn't come down as much as the picture, or as my previous cover, it's about a third shorter than the picture, my favorite part is that the top cupola-cover is a full 4" shorter it two directions, so it doesn't even pretend to fit on the tip top of the frame, I had to pop holes and zip-tie it, add to that the hole in the bottom cover, that goes over the cupola, is much larger than the cupola cover, so even if it DID fit, there is a direct path for rain to go through this canopy, into the middle of the canopy... So the company that made this probably saved 4-5 square feet of material by cutting all these corners, passing this garbage on to us.. Then I will just add that there are goofy little hooks on the corners that, when you look at a typical canopy structure, have nothing even close to hook the corners to, the whole thing sags without a liberal use of spring clamps and zipties. I will not make the mistake of buying one of these again, I suggest that you don't either. I am assuming it won't last as long as any of the others I've bought in the last 20 years, so next time no "re-order" button..

Preface: I did not install this canopy on the gazebo which already has a brand new, but ill-fitting canopy. But I have ordered at least 7 different canopies from Amazon, 5 just this month trying to find one that would fit a 10x10 gazebo. The ones in the past that did fit were not worth repurchasing.So I can’t comment on the fit, but the material is much thicker compared to all the others, even the one that was dual-layered.So if this fits your dimensions, I would recommend this one because I would not waste my time with cheap material that will tear and break. And so what if it says it’s UV-resistant? I haven’t come across one on Amazon that lives up to the advertisement.Honestly, this might be one of the items best bought from your friendly local hardware store - keep them in business, because besides this canopy, they’re all ****.

Ok let me first say that after reading other reviews I was on the fence with this replacement canopy for our 10'X10' gazebo. Regarding the fit.....the upper top piece was a struggle to get on as it was VERY tight. I put on the second larger piece and it was very loose. The "Y" hooks at each of the corners have no way of hooking onto the gazebo. The corners ARE very reinforced which is a very nice and much needed feature. All the velcro strips that are on each of the sides(4 per side for a total of 16) do not attach at all, so the sides were loose and flappy. To top it off, it rained the first night is was up and the top sides filled with water and were hanging in and out of the gazebo frame. I had to take a broom and push up the water filled sides to empty the water. The grommets would work if the top was tight. Sooooo to fix this problem I installed 24 mini bungees throughout the top. 2 at each corner to hold the corners down tight and at each velcro strap wrapping around the top rails to make the top tight to the frame all around. I cannot use my wall panels now but the top is tight and the rain goes through the grommet holes as needed and their is enough give so as not to tear if it gets incredibly windy. All in all I am happy with this top after the modifications as it would not be usable without them. I would recommend this top all things considering.
