Unfortunately this part does not meet OEM specifications for a 2008 Subaru Legacy GT/spec.B... and likely other Subaru models. While the part, itself is of quality, the "clevis pins" that are hammered into the part are too thin and too short. The emergency brake connection that goes over the pin is longer than the pin's mid-section and as a result, the c-clip that needs to be placed in the groove at the end of the pin cannot be placed on the pin to secure the connection. Likewise removing the pins from the old part to use in place of the pins on the new part would not work because the old pins are fatter and do not fit inside the tiny hole used for the pins on the new part.I've included photos of the issue showing the pin differences.
