Product description is pretty vague. I am writing this review so others can make more informed decisions. This double jacket hose is rubber lined. The outer jacket seems to be polyester. The title says #600 test but the hose is labeled 250psi. We tested it at 300psi. No leaks and the hose did not shift/ slip from the marked couplings. It does not lay flat like other double jacket hose probably due to the rubber inside. We bought this and the comparable Dixon Valve product for around the same price (after shipping). They both passed the pressure test and will be put into service, but I ended up buying 2 more of the Dixon valve hoses. They are not rubber lined, they lay flat, and have beefier aluminum couplings than this hose. Shipping for both hoses was way faster than advertised.
