Would not suggest this product. When I receive the product the sleeves and bearings looked used. Bearings had grit in the balls. All part we’re dirty and damaged. I trashed all parts and bought new from local shot.

I ordered the wrong size so I sent this back. web page has option for 34mm or 44 mm. make sure you select the right one

I like the price and the description was accurate for the parts that I needed. Made my 20 year old mtb steer like new again. I also need the star nut which was included with the bearings and it fit perfectly. Worked great. Thanks very much.

It fit my KHS Alite 150 bike perfectly. I wasn't sure that it would fit but I decided that I could simply return the item if it didn't work out. So I felt lucky that it was a good match up to the original headset. In installing the new headset, I just had to be sure to install the complete headset including the race at the bottom, the dust seal, the bearings and the new bearing races/cups. The old cups were pressed in and had to be knocked out and the new cups had to be pressed in carefully. I assembled it all and took the bike for a test ride to make sure that the steering wasn't too loose or too tight. I thought I'd gotten it just right, but after the first 15 mile ride, I had to tighten it up again once all the parts had settled into their places. Now, it's nice and smooth to ride.
