This 1/2” swivel joint is solidly built. I always use teflon tape when installing any air hose parts. I used my teflon tape, installed this swivel joint and it didn’t leak at all. It does exactly what it’s supposed to do. Great part at a reasonable price.

This is a review for the 1/2 Inch Air Hose Reel Swivel Joint, 1/2" Inch 360° Swivel Fitting Joint for Hose Reel TJT1-2-001This is a well machined swivel joint. I am going to use mine between air compressor extension hoses. I attached the joint to my 1/2 inch air hose using Teflon tape and I had no air leaks. If you need a swivel joint then this is a good one to get
