It took less than a minute to install them as replacement to a broken light.

Great lighting and use for my business all the time. Probably have purchased 1,000 of these and maybe 5 have not worked right

The supplied hardware, namely the screws to which you attach the retaining springs/clips are such low quality that they will snap off while tightening down the screw. This leaves the hole plugged with part of the screw and unusable with the two supplied spare screws. Never seen plastic that is stronger than metal, but these screws are absolutely too weak to handle the plastic pilot holes.

Really like how bright it is my kitchen. Fits snug in the ceiling The screw to attach the the metal spring was difficult to screw down to tighten. Had to clip the end of spring to fit in the can. After we figure it out. Install went smooth and it looks nice.

Light itself was fine. What failed were the small screws that were required to hold the wire spring holders in place. Package came with lights, screws, and spring wires. Because these are sold as 5 or 6 inch lights you have to attach the "spring wires" with small screws. These failed twice in less than half of the lights. It was a real pain trying to attach the holders with the tiny screws, just to have the darn screws break off while trying tighten the screw down so the spring wire wouldn't wiggle. Decided to return after second screw broke. Not worth the time or effort. See attached pictures. Was using a hand held screwdriver, not a drill.

Long story short, lights look great, function great but the hardware that’s comes with tbem sucks!!!! The blots broke easily just tightening by hand. I had to use my drill to make new holes and use hardware from original lights. The springs and screws are very cheap but again, the lights once installed function correctly, all are the exact color temp and function as they should (I got the non-dim) version. You won’t be disappointed as long as you use original hardware and transfer over!
