I am using these at work. I have a western boho theme and these fit right in. The muted colors are pretty and much better than the bright yellow stuff.

The pages are too thin and very easy to tear. There are a lot of paper scraps when they are torn off.

I love having these little note pads to write things on at work. I'm constantly having to scribble things down or else I'll forget to do them. If I use post it notes then I end up with 55 of them on my desk by the end of the day and they just get overlooked. So I like these because I can fit a lot of information onto one page and kinda keep a running list of things throughout the day, plus have other ones handy for other types of information. I know it doesn't sound like it but it does make it easier for me to stay organized.
