Fantastic quality. Does not feel cheap, it's a better quality than I expected from a decorative piece. Screws are not attracted to a magnet and do seem to be stainless steel as in the description. I may purchase another set to replace other railing connections on another deck at my house. I'm really pleased with this product.

Finish seems good and robust during installation. There is a little scallop in the open corner that I did not see in the pictures I prefer it did not have, but pretty small. Metal is thick and strong, cleanly welded, definitely overkill. I plan to leave the screws out so my railings can be lifted out of the brackets, and these should work well.

The brackets worked beautifully. However, about a third of the screws broke as they were being screwed in.

Best stair rail brackets I found that give you that professional fit look. I was worried about the quantity you will get with the 4 pair description but I did actually receive what was advertised. 8 brackets, long black screws and one drill bit. The fit is snug and doesn't leave gaps on the sides with the 2x4 I purchased from big box store.

I just redid my 24 year old deck, had to replace the railing. The old railing was attached with only nails. have grandkids over every day I wanted to make sure the railing was strong and secure. I looked at thebrackets at the local box stores, I wasn't impressed with their selection. I searched the internet and found these brackets and gave them to my carpenter to install. My carpenter said this is the first time he used these brackets and he thinks they are the best he has used, not only is the quality super, but they look great. Sure they cost a little more than the box store brackets, but well worth it. He also said they were very easy to install.
