Absolutely awful.They don't track their quality and had incorrect pieces. I had a hot tub set up day and now that this was terrible and incomplete, my hot tub has no mat this year.Worst product to consider

While this may be a nice mat I wouldn’t suggest it. It can be slippery, it does not stay connected in wind and it’s more cost efficient to get an outdoor rug for underneath that can be easily

This is the thickest mat I found for the inflatable hot tub. All the pieces were there and it fits together nicely. Hopefully inflating soon so I’ll update through the season.

I received this as a gift, to go along with the hot tub that I was also receiving. I went with this mat because it came with a separate piece for the hot tub assembly. That part is great. My hot tub is 61" and the mat is 77" ... I knew there would be overhang ... but I did not expect that the puzzle pieces would be ill-fitting and start to warp/bend upwards. While I can expect that it will still protect the vinyl bottom from the concrete, and it does lend an underpadding to the bottom of the tub, I would recommend a solid piece if you are really going for any sort of thermal protection. There are definitely gaps underneath the hot tub itself. The puzzle pieces only fit in a particular rotation, which is annoying to put together, but I was hoping would make them fit together better (as stated, it did not). On the plus side, you can flip the whole thing over and not have to look at their branding if you also have an overhang. The first time I empty the tub, I'll be getting a different mat, a solid one, but keeping the part that goes under the motor.
