These cups are better in the color blue for pet birds since they can see colors. My birds were very scared of these at first because they are red. I have the blue ones too which they prefer. The cups, either color, are wonderfully deep for foods, seeds, pellets, and water. I love that there are 3 prongs to hold them onto the cage bars. Makes them so secure and hard for the birds to remove them. Durable plastic that is thick and long lasting. Highly recommended for cages!

I raise and show Seramas and 2 large fowl breeds and I use these cups ALL THE TIME! My show box always has stacks of these - they are perfect for use in show cages. And I use these cups daily in my Serama cages. Yes - there are sturdier cups out there, but you just can't beat the price on these! I was trying to use these are water bowls for my rabbits. They looked similar to the ones I normally buy. These are extremely thin and flimsy. The rabbit chew through them like they are nothing, and they don't lock on the cage so they get thrown all the time. If I could I would return all of these. These are useless for rabbits.
