I purchased this item May 15, 2023. It came with a 3 year limited warranty as described in the details of the boat cover. Last weekend the stitching came apart clear across the boat. I reached out to Amazon and they told me the seller had to deal with the warranty issues. I have emailed Zenicham twice and am still yet to get a response. I am within my timeframe of the 3 year warranty. I am giving them only 1 star because their lack of any customer service. I loved the cover until this happened but I strongly suggest you don’t buy from them because their communication is non existent unless you love to spend $180 a year on a boat cover.

So far I am impressed by this boat cover. It is made very well. It fits my boat perfectly. It is definitely water proof because with the first rain after I put it on th boat I had a swimming pool in the middle of my boat. I have a temporary pole in for now but I am looking for a good quality set of support poles to hold it up. If you want a good pontoon boat cover, this is it.

We just put it on our pontoon boat yesterday. It would have been nice if it had a better design on where to put straps etc. But we got it done. Very nice fabric too !

We like the way it feels and the way it fit on the boat. With enough extra to make sure that it would be long enough it was perfect. Haven’t had it long enough to test the sun resistance, or the tear resistance yet.

I've got a 24' Lowe with front deck and Bimini top. I ordered the 25'-28'cover. This is the 3rd cover I bought in a year trying to find 1 that fit. This 1 is the perfect size. Covers the deck, Bimini top and motor. I just put it on. So I'm not sure of the durability. But based on the weight of it, it appears to be good quality. This thing is extremely heavy compared to the others I bought.

Not sure if these are the "real deal" but I wouldn't strap a plastic boat to a trailer with these as they simply do not lock in. Ripped of $56 AUD and not happy with product at all.

The cover is good quality I'm not impressed with the buckles on the tie down straps. I originally purchased the 21/24' cover for my 24' tracker party barge but it was about 2' too short. I returned it and got the 25'/28' cover which is about 2' too long. But too long is better than too short. Overall a good cover for a decent price. Communication with seller was great.
