It is clear to me that the naysayers of this camera don't know what they are doing. However, in their defense, the instructions are not at all clear. After a little detective work online, I downloaded and installed the SharpCap 4 program linked via a normal search in Google. It recognizes the camera just fine and I took videos of Jupiter that turned out pretty good after post processing using 3 other free apps available online: PIPP, Autostackert and Registax. There are other programs besides these but those are the ones I use for this and my other astronomical cameras. For the price paid I am 100% happy with the camera.

While product info says only works on XP and ME, 2000, etc., I got it to work with Linux and on this mini scope that a more expensive camera couldn't even generate an image. As it doesn't gather light well it is only useful for daylight activities like wildlife or landscapes. Would be nice if someone would invent one of these that was wifi based and you could connect to view with your phone. My PC doesn't have night mode red like my phone does.
